Aaron Sorkin - Biography

Sorkin, born June 9, 1961, in New York City, showed amazing analytical intelligence and creative potential from the beginning of his life. His parents always encouraged his pursuit of knowledge and art. This fundamental experience shaped his path to the world of film and theater.

While attending Syracuse University, he developed an interest in theater and began writing plays. His ability for bright and witty dialogue became clear on the student stage. He was enthusiastic and eager to improve the art of the word.

Sorkin began his career in the television industry, and his first significant achievement was the script for the film "Christina" (1992). But his real moment of fame came when he created and wrote the script for the television series "The West Wing" (1999-2006). This series, dedicated to the work of the President of the United States and his team, has become a phenomenon and has received many awards, including Emmys.

Sorkin was a prominent screenwriter, capable of creating colorful dialogue and intriguing plots. His writing style became his signature, and viewers always expected something special from his works.

He also excelled in cinematography. One of his first films, "The Social Network" (2010), tells the story of Facebook's creation and quickly became a cult work. This film won Sorkin an Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay.

His work includes films such as "Million Dollar Baby" (2001), "The Da Vinci Code" (2006), "Steve Jobs" (2015) and many others. Each of them traces his unique style and vivid handwriting.
