Potter is a name that shines bright in the world of children's literature and art. This distinguished auteur and artist left an indelible mark on literature and visual art. Beatrice was born on July 28, 1866 in London, England. Her childhood was marked by a close connection to nature and animals through family trips to rural homesteads. Beatrice began painting from childhood and was trained in art by her father. Her first paintings reflected a love of painting and nature. In 1893, her first work was published in "The Tale of Peter Rabbit," which was the beginning of a legendary series of fairy tales. It was her literary debut and immediately won readers "hearts.

A series of fairy tales written and illustrated by Beatrice Potter became her true work of art. Books such as "Peter Pani and His Friends," "Benjamin Rabbit," and "Uncle Fedor, the Dog and the Cat" became bestsellers and quickly gained popularity among children and adults. Beatrice's tales were unique in that she illustrated them herself, giving the text extra depth and magic.

In 1905, following the success of her books, Beatrice Potter purchased a plot of land in Oakers, Lake District, which became the inspiration for her art. Beatrice remained single for most of her life. She devoted herself to art and farming. She was also an active conservationist and conservationist. After her death on December 22, 1943, Beatrice left her land to the National Trust, which contributed to the preservation of this unique place.
