Claude Monet - Biography
In 1859, under the influence of his aunt, Monet entered an art school in Leverno, where he began studying painting. He met the artist Eugène Beaudin, who became his mentor and inspiration. In 1860, Monet moved to Paris, where he began to study art and met future impressionists.Claude became one of the leading artists of the Impressionism movement. This artistic movement offered a new perspective on painting focused on capturing moment, light and color in nature. They created their works outdoors to accurately convey the effects of light and atmosphere.
