Quentin Jerome was born on March 27, 1963, in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. His childhood was spent in Los Angeles, where he was surrounded by the world of cinema. From an early age, he developed an interest in film, watched many films, and began writing his first scripts.

Quentin's first steps in the film world were modest but persistent. He worked in the video arena and made his short films. His creativity did not go unnoticed, and his debut film "The Gun Road" ("Reservoir Dogs"), released in 1992, immediately delighted critics and viewers.

However, the real breakthrough for Tarantino was the film Pulp Fiction, released in 1994. This cult film won many awards, including the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival, and brought the director worldwide fame.
