Guy Ritchie - Biography
Ritchie was born on 10 September 1968 in Hatton, London, and his early years were far from the world of cinema. His father worked in the construction industry and his mother was a teacher. Guy began his film career by creating short films and music videos. His talent was noticed and he was introduced to British director Peter Richardson, known as Gaijin Ritchie. This meeting was a key moment in his career, and Gaijin became his mentor and the most inspiring figure.
Guy's first feature film was Foundling (1998), which immediately delighted critics and viewers. The film, which follows the world of British crime and cartels, became iconic and established as a talented and influential director.
His next works were "Big Kush" (2000) and "Cards, Money, Two Trunks" (1998). Both films continued to explore the world of crime and raised questions about honor and respect in this bleak world. They also earned Richie the fame of crime comedy master.
