Ivan Alexandrovich was born in the family of a legal scholar and teacher. His childhood was enriched by education and culture. He studied at Moscow University and had a broad outlook, including knowledge of several foreign languages.

After graduation, he began his active social activity and the publication of articles on philosophy and politics. His early work was distinguished by its deep analysis and critical approach to existing ideas and systems.
