Neville Shute - Biography
Jester (Neville Shute), real name Jester Norwich, was born on January 17, 1899 in Elderton, London, England. He became known as one of the most popular and readable English writers of the 20th century, but his life and career were much more diverse and interesting than one could imagine.Neville grew up in an engineering family, and his interest in mechanics and aviation was evident from an early age.
