Neruda is one of the brightest and most influential names in world literature of the 20th century. This Chilean poet and diplomat has become not only a symbol of his country, but also one of the world's most significant literary voices. In this biography, we will tell about the life and work of Neruda, about his connection with politics and society, as well as the inspiring power of his poetry.

Pablo Ricardo was born on July 12, 1904 in the Paris suburb of Paris, France, although he grew up in his native Chile. His parents divorced when he was still a child, and it left a deep mark on his poetry. Pablo began writing poetry at an early age and quickly gained attention for his literary talents.

Young traveled to Latin America and Europe, where he became acquainted with the diverse cultures and intellectual movements of his time. His poems became a reflection of his personal experiences, as well as sympathy for the disasters and suffering of the people.

Love for Native Chile and "Twenty Poems of Love and One Song of Despair"

One of Neruda's most famous and influential works is his collection of poems, "Twenty Poems of Love and One Song of Despair" (Veinte poemas de amor y una canción desperperada). These poems celebrate feelings, love and passion, and reflect the inner struggles and affective experiences of the poet.

Pablo has always been a politically active and socially aware person. He supported left-wing ideas and was a supporter of social justice. His poems expressed his political beliefs, and he was elected as a deputy in the Chilean Congress. He was also a diplomat and represented Chile in various countries.
