Battle royale (2000)

In the bleak future of Japan, the government makes a radical decision: as part of an experiment, it sends a class of schoolchildren to an uninhabited island, where they will have to fight each other until the last survivor. Each student is given weapons, provisions and rules: in 72 hours it is necessary to kill everyone or die.

The main characters, Shuyu Nakagawa and Noriko Nakagawa, find themselves at the center of this nightmare. They are forced to fight for their lives, while facing the fact that one of their former friends and classmates is ready to kill them for their own survival.
