Crime and punishment (2002)

The film tells the story of Rodion Raskolnikov, a young student who decides to commit murder in the name of his philosophical theory about "excellent people." He kills the old pledge grandmother, confident of his correctness, but soon begins to suffer from moral anguish and psychological quests.
