Duplex (2003)

Dan and Ellie are a young couple moving to New York to start a new life. They find the perfect duplex in Manhattan and decide to buy it. However, the joy of new housing quickly fades when they meet their neighbor, Mrs. Connelly, an eccentric and annoying old lady who turns out to be a real nightmare.

Mrs Connelly occupies the top floor of the house and constantly bothers Dan and Ellie with her strange and obsessive habits. She not only stomps loudly on the floor, leaving them awake, but also prevents them from trying to make their apartment more comfortable. The neighborhood with her becomes a source of ongoing problems and conflicts for the young couple.
