The plot of the film is about Michael, an experienced mining worker who finds himself locked up with a group of his colleagues after a serious mine accident. The sudden emergency results in the group being trapped hundreds of metres underground and they have a limited amount of time to find a way out before running out of oxygen or being buried under rubble.
